Looks interesting
- Heather Champ appearing at Hello Digital in Birmingham – Ooh, this looks to be good. Heather is the community manager at Flickr and the work they do there in community management is fascinating. Here's a brief insight. October 24th, 2.30-3.30 pm. I can't make it myself but I highly recommend you do.
- Social media surgeries – Dave Briggs has taken my idea and is running social media surgeries at events he's attending with good results. This pleases me.
